Travel reimbursement

On 7/13, the reimbursement was deposited into my son's Bank account via direct deposit.

We traveled to WP R-day by car and from the amount we got, looks like they reimbursed $99 + $0.2/mile of travel. All the other costs, such as toll, gas, meals, or lodging were not covered.

If you have a similar situation, and have access to your new cadet's account, you may want to check it out.

Don't you think the $99 is what they are allowing for food/lodging for one day (per diem)? The $.20 per mile is your gas cost...it sounds about right.
 
Yeah. On the other site people were talking about needing receipts or not and what items are reimbursable. Many previous parents said they never saw the money, etc.

The road toll, not covered, is pretty expensive though.:redface:
