My waiver got requested, now what?

Hmmmm. Your condition first must be "waiverable". They might order a "remedial" - more tests or ask for certain medical records. Then the West Point surgeon will work with admissions and make the decision.

Of course I know there are always unknown variables in the equation, but I'm merely asking you all who have had experience in this process.

One more side-note; I know West Point operates on a rolling My admissions, so does this mean I might not get in because it'll take up to 3 months to close the deal on this waiver? No, West Point will offer you a LOA contingent on receiving a waiver in lieu of an appointment and hold your place through the process.
Or will they go ahead and qualify/disqualify me physically and academically?
The waiver process can take anywhere from a few days to a several months. This won't hold up your application in admissions. However, if West Point decides they can't waiver you, the admissions process will cease.

Well I know this is a big one, but asthma after 13. The main thing is though that I don't have it and i haven't had symptoms since like 9. My last meds were at age 15, but in all honesty i never used them.
