I am prior enlisted and had a microdiscectomy in 2001 while I was in the Navy at Balboa Hospital and completed my enlistment in 2002 with an Re-Code 1. Do I need a waiver and what do I submit to get it approved?

Surely if you completed your enlistment 8 years ago, you are past the age limit to compete for an appointment.

Unless you joined the Navy at age 14.
