Son has not been able to get ALO to schedule an interview

My son has contacted his ALO several times about his interview. The ALO says he will get back with him in the next 2 weeks to schedule it. This has gone on for about 3 months now, we are feeling very frustrated as my son has completed everything but his CFA, and already has his Presidential nomination. Is this normal and what steps should we take next? Any advice would be appreciated.
 
I would suggest contacting the Academy admissions office. The ALO may have been reassigned or could be working out of town, even out of the country right now. The admissions office will be able to find out for you. Most importantly, they will make sure your son is interviewed/contacted by someone ASAP.

Finally getting somewhere

We did finally hear from our Liason Officer Director for our state so hopefully we can get the ball rolling now.
