I believe West Point does. You can always call admissions and they will be happy to tell you the status of your file, though.
 
I got one today. So does this just mean that our file is now able to go before the board? and when should we expect to hear more information?

I talked to my Admissions Rep for the SE and he said that as long as I had a nom I should get an appt. Don't know if we'd go for the board though until we get noms.
 
sorry, I actually got a 2Q letter (I'm waiting on a waiver), but I do already have a presidential nomination. Does anyone know if this means I will likley get an appointment?
 
If you get your waiver, it means you are competitive for a slot. Basically, you qualify to be considered.

How long did it take to get the 3 Q letter once your file was complete?
