AROTC Scholarship Application Status System

It seems like the Army ROTC scholarship status system has been down for a long time. I know that it is still too early after the first board for there to be any status changes now but does anyone know why the system is having problems? I'm just worried that it will still be unavailable once the statuses start to change in a couple of weeks.
 
Wow... I can't believe it was such a simple technical error. I've been trying to access it through the link on GoArmy.com and I couldn't understand why it wasn't working. Thank you for your quick reply and giving me the correct link.
 
From what I've read on here and other boards the change in status seems to be the first indicator that you have received a scholarship. I think that shortly after you will receive a notification letter but I am unsure about that.
