In terms of scholarship, I'm aware that you have no obligation until your sophomore year during college, compared to non-scholarship you have until junior year. But I am aware you need to be a US Citizen, now does that mean SCHOLARSHIP wise, you have to be a US Citizen by your first day in college, or by the time you contract which is sophomore year? NON-SCHOLARSHIP wise, do you have to be a US Citizen by your first day in college, or by junior year? And for both, I'm sure you can apply for ROTC (scholarship or not) as a non-US Citizen, correct?
