What do the colors (blue, green and yellow) mean when referring to rated USCGA athletes?

What do the colors (blue, green and yellow) mean when referring to rated USCGA athletes?

Our coaches (or Director of Cadet Bands for musical talent) often submit these ratings to help the Cadet Candidate Evaluation Board and Admissions Committee appreciate how good an applicant is and what role they could play at the Academy:

Blue - Will likely earn a starting position as a 4/c and/or make an immediate impact to the team; future dominant player for the program.

Green - Will likely earn a starting position within two years and contribute as a steady, reliable performer with potential to become a dominant player for the program.

Yellow - Will likely serve as a reserve/back-up player with potential to earn a starting position within four years.
