Back in the day when there were lots of scholarships to give away they used the QNS list to bulk up the numbers. It wasn't really a board, it was the brigades reaching out to the QNS list and making offers. I would be very surprised it that happens this year. There is no formal scheduled board that I know of. There won't be enough scholarships to go around for the ones who bothered to apply, I'm betting there won't be any money left to spend on those who couldn't bother to apply.
If you applied, then you'll be competing for the scholarships available...again, I don't remember them going to the QNS list last year (once the budget started getting tighter)...of course if you were QNS and you show up at a Battalion, you will probably be at the top of the OML if campus based scholarships become available. I will be at our ROO conference next week...I'll ask the question and report back as to whether there will be anything special done with the QNS.
