summer seminar question

I recently just check my status to see that it was changed to offered then accepted!! But I have yet to recieve a follow up email, should I be worried?......Note: I recieved the offer the same day of entering my application

I submitted my application one month ago and my status hasn't changed from "Application Submitted".

This happened to my son last year. A girl he went to HS with applied the very last day. She was accepted in 3 days. He applied the first day and did not hear anything. I called his admissions counsellor and she said they had openings. They let him come because they did not fill the Summer Seminars. He is now in his 2nd semester at the Academy, the girl in his class is also there. When he applied they did not have PSAT scores for him because the day his school gave the test we buried my mother. The young lady he went to school with had very high PSAT scores. Give them a call, if they have closed the apps by now, ask if there is any room.
