Can an NROTC scholarship for a Tier 2 major be changed to a Tier 3 major or is the Tier of the scholarship locked in stone?
 
You can switch to another tier 2 or tier 1 but you are not allowed to move down a tier.
 
I was informed as of yesterday that after January 31 of 2011 you can no longer make any changes such as your major, college choice, scores, etc. Whatever is there is there for good now.
 
I think he means after you have been awarded a scholarship, not the initial application.

You can still change college choices as long as you haven't been awarded a scholarship yet.
 
Does anyone know if you can switch from a Tier 1 major to a Tier 2 major without losing your scholarship?
