Denied waiver due to eating disorder

I applied to USAFA and they requested a waiver on my behalf, but it was denied due to an eating disorder I had when I was 14 years old. Is there any chance of overturning this decision?

Also, does AFROTC look at my medical application differently? Is it possible to be granted a waiver from them despite being turned down by USAFA?

Not for next year's class
They are a different waiver authority
It is "possible," but unlikely
Hopefully taht answers your question:thumb:

Mr. Mullen,
My DS rec'd letter from DoDMERB stating "qualified" after a remedial was completed. I faxed letter to USAFA. Still, on USAFA status, it still indicates DoDMERB "incomplete". Is this/will this keep DS's file from being reviewed? I don't know what else to do to make sure that USAFA knows that he has been Q's by DoDMERB! Any insight would be helpful. Thank you.
