Summer Seminar - Not selected

I was notified today that I was not accepted to SS. I do not mean to complain, but I thought my resume was pretty strong and I'm really bummed. I was wondering if anyone who had been accepted to SS could show me their resume, just so I could compare with mine to see where I can improve. Thanks everyone!
 
Don't let it get you down too much. I never went, but I still got my appointment.

However, keep adding to that resume, keep those grades up, and kick some butt! :thumb:
 
Haha don't let that get you down for a single second. I like you, was rejected. I also got an early appointment. Just be te best you, and nothing else matters.
 
My son also did not get accepted to the summer seminar last summer, but has just received an appointment to the Class of 2015! So for whatever reason, it seems to have no direct bearing on your future appointment. Work on your leadership, community and church involvement, and physical conditioning! Don't forget to have some fun while you are at it!
 
Me also, I was rejected and I got an early appointment. If anything, it should make you want to work harder. Thats what happened with me anyways.. Just keep working on building up your resume, best of luck to you.

DS wasn't selected last year, and was a bit discouraged. He received a BFE in November.
