NROTC Physical

This might be a dumb question...so forgive me in advance.
I'm an NROTC applicant (my status still says that my application is at the Naval Education and Training Center, so at least I haven't been rejected YET), and I just had a question about the physical test. I know for AROTC you have to take the physical before you can even apply for ROTC, but what about Navy? When do I take the physical? What are the requirements? Thanks guys!!

Just to clarify..Do you mean the fitness test or the medical exam?

Fitness test; push ups, sit ups, running, etc.

I am pretty sure they test you the first week after you arrive at your detachment. I would guess in the first day or two. from what I've gleaned from others you take the test usually twice a semester. Not sure what they do with you if you don't pass the first time though.
