I know the minimum and maximum score for the prt, but how fast should I be able to run for plebe summer. Right now I can run an 8:00 mile and keep a 9 minute pace for 4-5 miles (I know this needs improvement I just would like a specific goal to work towards). My strength is upper body strength, not a fast runner but I definitely don't want to lag behind.
