What are the maximum height requirements for Navy & AF pilot slots?

For AF it is a sitting height requirement. I would suggest you look into the regs for each branch, because this is not a DodMERB issue. It is not medical, in comparison to allergies or operations.

Navy: Height restrictions: 62" - 78" (male) 58" - 78" (female) http://usmilitary.about.com/od/officerjo2/a/pilot.htm

USAF: Have standing height of 64 to 77 inches and sitting height of 34 to 40 inches http://www.afrotc.com/admissions/requirements-standards/medical/

Not sure where the M/F difference is coming from as there is none for the Navy.

The Navy requirements can be found here (btw never trust about.com or any other source that does not end in .mil or cite an actual publication): Pilot is 62in to 77in. Be aware though that there are other measurements that are required such as seated height, fingertip reach, etc etc which may limit what platform you are eligible to fly. (And the other issue that comes up is you must fit in each of the training aircraft up to that platform as well, so although you may fit in say an F-18, if you don't fit in the T45 or the T34/T6 then you aren't going to get F18's)
