I received a letter from Cadet Command asking me to confirm my school of choice and gave an option to change if I wanted. However, I have already had my DoDMERB waiver denied (a pretty long time ago actually, about 2 months). So I guess I should just put down that I'm not interested in the scholarship anymore due to the medical waiver denial or...? Thanks!

Yes, right after I found out I was DQed from DoDMERB I wrote an email asking for help in the waiver process. I ending up finding out the waiver had been denied via the website and through a letter in the mail at the beginning of April.
Just curious, When did you receive the confirmation letter from Cadet Command. We were wondering just yesterday when the letter might be arriving.

I got it just today actually. I was surprised, I wasn't expecting anything after the wavier denial, got me a little excited

attach a copy of the DoDMERB letter and return to CC

FYI; DIA, CIA, NSA, EPA, USDA , NOAA, DEA, ...and many other agencies offer careers and sometimes scholarships - if you are still interested in serving your country.
Well, luckily for me, the waiver denial was for being on some medication (standard I think is you have to be off for the 12 months prior to the medical eval). I'm already off it and doing well. The waiver denial letter even said to re-apply for next year's scholarship once I'm in college. So I still got a shot! Thanks though
