Sample Validation exams for English 101/102, Chemistry or Single Variable Calculus?

Does anyone have a study guide or sample validation exams for any of the above validation exams for USMA? Thanks a lot!
 
there is a Math thing on the Portal, working through that will probably serve you well on the validations
 
I took all of those classes last year at Prep School. I just want to know if I already know the material. And if not I will not validate.
 
Is there only one FCE, the 55 minute test for math? Or do you take multiple?

You will take it until you score above 80%. The first time you take it will count towards an actual grade in the class but retakes will not replace this grade and are simply done to meet a requirement.

While there is only one FCE, there is also a FDE (derivatives) later on in your math courses.
 
I see, the memorandum is confusing, what is MA103, or whatever they called it, is it the normal class students who pass exam take for plebe year or is that another pre-cal class? Also, what class does the FCE attach to?

I'ts the normal starting math class for Plebes. If you do bad enough on the math tests you can get put in "rock math" which will mean catching up through a Summer class after Plebe year and some minor changes in your schedule since you won't be at the right math level to take some classes like Physics at the same time as most people. MA103 is basically a math modelling class.
