For the Candidate Activities Record on the Portal, it asks for the amount of years the candidate has done the activity for. If I've done a club or other activity for my first three years of high school and plan to do it next year as well, should I put four years? Or is admissions looking at freshman through junior years only? Would putting four years be too assuming?

Im also a USMA 2016 candidate. The tech assistant of the Regional director told me to just do freshman to junior year, unless you have been elected something with a position. Ex. I was elected senior class rep to the Alumni Council I put that there so that it counts. Otherwise all other clubs you are in but do not hold a position in besides member they just count as other extracurricular activities. BTW when did your portal open? Mine is not up yet. :frown:

Mine opened up about five days ago, what part of the country are you from? I'm from the northeast.

I hope it does not take too long for mine to open. I have everything ready to go, just waiting for SSK to come out. I am also northeast. From PA. You?

My portal opened this morning, so they are now starting to open non-SLS candidates' portals (I am re-applying - don't know if this makes a difference). lokichaos, I am from PA as well. Which district are you?

I asked my regional commander this question and he said to only put what you have done so far or what you've been selected for. Not what you anticipate doing
