After a cadet earns and is awarded his parachute badge, what are his options to continue with parachuting at the academy?

If you are referring to Air Force, there are the Wings of Green and Wing of Blue jump teams. (green is basically jv, blue is basically varsity). He would contact the cadets in charge of these teams and go through their tryouts/training to join the team. The team jumps in tournaments where they are graded on in-air acrobatics, or landing on ground targets with precision, etc. They also jump into sporting events and other Academy events.

If I am not mistaken, in the Air Force, the "Jump Wings" (parachute badge) is the only patch that Airmen can continue to wear on their uniform which was earned at the Academy.

THANK YOU

Thank you JCHILBERT for your response regarding USAFA parachuting. My grandson obtained his parachute badge a week or so ago, and was thrilled with the accomplishment. He expressed an interest in his letters that he would like to pursue it somehow. You have answered my curiosity as to how this can be done. I assume he knows this but I did not, so I thank you and will now see if he pursues this in the fall.
