Re-application Question

I have a basic application question. My son applied to the class of 2015 but unfortunately did not get an appointment. He is determined to reapply. He knows he has to start all over with the application and essays. My question pertains to all of his letters of recommendation. Were they retained in his file or were they discarded and he needs to ask for new letters to be sent. Thanks for the feedback.

Yes, we retain all application material for one year, so any items he submitted for his Class of 2015 record will be merged into his Class of 2016 record if he contacts his Admissions Officer and requests it. In addition to the application/essays/PFE, which reapply applicants were always required to resubmit, new instructor evaluations are also now required.
