Today I requested for an interview to an AAP, and I was wondering when the deadline is for the interviews to be done and sent to the CGA (in other words, how much of a timeframe do I have to get an interview and have it sent to the CGA before my application is being reviewed?)

Interview requests should be submitted to your Admissions Officer and may take a week or two to coordinate. November 1st is the deadline for any application material (including interview reports) to be submitted if you're applying Early Action; interviews for Regular Admissions applicants are usually conducted through February 1st unless the interview is being requested by Admissions.

If you want to ensure your file is not reviewed until the interview report is received, you would need to have your Admissions Officer notify the Operations Branch. Your record will essentially be on "hold" until the interview report is received...records are normally scheduled for review in order of completion and they wouldn't know to wait for an optional item (like the interview report) unless notified to do so.

Are applications going to be reviewed before the November 1 deadline, or will all applications be reviewed after November 1 and be reviewed on a first come first serve basis?

We begin reading applications, normally scheduled for review in order of completion, in late October. A good "guesstimate" is that records are read by the CCEB about a month after they're considered complete. So anyone finishing on the November 1st Early Action deadline (meaning you're also mailing your transcript on that date) will be considered complete in mid-November when we receive/process the transcript, read by the CCEB in mid-December, and be getting their notification letter in mid-January.

Are AIM graduates that had an interview conducted while at AIM still eligible to have this optional interview?
