So I checked my application status and all that is missing is my medical, which is being taken care of. The website says at the bottom "
You have been selected for an interview. Please contact the Professor of Military Science at the school of your choice." but I havent gotten an email or a letter about this. What should I do?

So, I take it you have not yet interviewed? Personally, DS interviewed with his #1 school before his application was completed(finished it that weekend). Contact the ROO at a school your are most interested in(email or phone is fine, but try to take care of this yourself instead of parents:wink:). Mom & Dad and usually are invited to come along(army more so than other branches) but ask to set up the PMS interview, explain where you are in the application process, most ROOs seem pleased to help prospective cadets set this up. I would suggest taking the college campus tour(if you haven't already at the same time). Hope this helps:smile:

That's what I dont understand. I thought I had been interview. My status says that my interview results were received. I met with and ROTC colonel and he sent in my results. It was not at one of the schools that they told me to go to because I found those out after the interview.

What is the link you use to check status of your application

Good, glad your interview is out of the way. If the ROTC colonel sent the results and told you that your application was board ready for October, then the status will continue to read the same line about selected for an interview for a while. Last year it only changed when/if an applicant was selected by a board to receive a scholarship, unknown if that will stay the same this year. Last year the change from "selected for an interview" change on the CC status update site was the first (but not the official) notice that someone had been selected. This forum will light up when those status changes start happening -- probably mid-November(no promises implied:wink:).

DS application status page has said the same thing even though his interview was conducted and submitted back in July. All other criteria right above that line (Transcript, SAT, PFT, Interview etc) all are listed as received and so we've just disregarded that message and know that his application is complete.

Son's status page says same thing but his interview was submitted about 6 weeks ago.

thanks, I just wanted to make sure I had done everything I could so far for my application
