What should I do?

Back in September, I was informed by Cadet Command for the AROTC scholarship that I needed to send in the college credits that I have accumulated before they can view my file for a scholarship. They told me fax in or email the credits into Cadet Command. I faxed in the material right away, and I checked the status of my application a month later in October, and it still showed that it was not turned in. Shortly after, I got a letter in the mail from CC and I was told that they need me to turn in my college credits for review. I tried to call and email my point of contact that CC gave me but she never responded to anything. Then a couple of weeks later I got the same letter in the mail. After I received the letter a second I decided to fax in my credits one more time. Now, I received yet another letter from CC last week stating the exact same thing, "we need your college credits before we can review your file." I tried calling this point of contact once again and she did not answer.

I am really mad because if I'm not mistaken, there was a scholarship board that met within the past month and it looks like I missed the deadline for that because CC never received my college credits. I have no idea what I should do because my point of contact wont reply to me at all. This is really frustrating and if anyone could please give me any advice it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Email (as attached pdf) your information to CC ASAP. Then fax it to CC ASAP. Then mail it ASAP (both regular mail AND certified, so they get two copies via mail). Don't send an email and wait for a response before sending it in.

Contact the ROO with whom you interviewed and see whether he can help as well.

Contact the ROO with whom you interviewed
Yes, that's the best way. Additionally, if your interviewing PMS or ROO are not at your #1 choice, then reach out to the PMS or ROO at your #1 choice, let them know they're your #1 choice (assuming you haven't already spoken with them a lot), and ask for help.

Armyman!!!! My son has gotten that same letter FOUR times!!!! We have faxed everything twice, called and were told it was taken care of. Then BAM - the same letter came.
First off - anyone who takes the time to actually look at the HS transcript can see my son was dual enrolled earning HS and college credits. WHY do we have to keep explaining this??
We feel your pain Armyman and I am distressed that this blip in there system could very well cost some kids a scholarship chance because they won't be boarded until the application is complete.

I'm getting really annoyed also . I've found CC never to answer the phone nor emails, and the letters sent from them appear to be just stupid. Really, is anyone in charge over there? Does the right hand ever know what the left hand is doing? I am a former Federal worker, and I know this is an all too familiar theme, but our young men and women who want to serve this country deserve at least one website with accurate and consistant info. Geez

When my DS was applying a few years back we kept getting an automated letter stating "We need XYZ" can't remember what the XYZ was... We would always resubmit, and we did get an email that they had received XYZ, but for some reason the system was continuously sending out the letter by mistake.

BUT, I would suggest you always FedEX, UPS, or USPS Priority anything you fax an email in to CC.

If you are trying to fax things to Cadet Command, good luck to ya'.
Your best bet is also to talk to your "go to" ROO. Your file may have been boarded, even though they are telling you it's not. I tried to run this issue down last year and was told that college credits don't hold up the file. Keep trying to contact your POC at cadet command. An email, cc'd to train2lead@usacc.army.mil may do the trick.
