was hoping everyone could post links for tips on the CFA. I am particularly struggling with the arm hang/pull up and basketball throw. thanks!!
What I did to prepare was I stuck very heavy textbooks into a backpack, then did as many pullups as I could, and as slow as I could until failure. After that, I rested for about 15 seconds, took off the backpack and did as many as I could. Trust me, it helps with endurance and reps (I maxed out). Hope that helps!
