ACT test date worry.

Hi. I was planning on tacking the December 10 ACT...but unfortunately their was a confliction (a prior commitment with scouting) and I will not be able to take the test that date. The best available date is February 13( scores released feb 26). Is this too late for any academy? I have been studying for a long time now, and my practice tests all show a raise of 3 points in my composite. Advice? Thank you!

This is from the instruction to candidates booklet (web version):

January: College Admissions Tests must be taken by this time for the results to reach
us before our regular selection process in March. Tests taken in February
may not reach our office in time for regular selection.

If you can make an exception in scouts for this one test, I would. (If you are truly wanting to have the opportunity for admission to USAFA.)

I have heard/read/been told many times that scores can only be submitted up until the mid-January application deadline.
