Here is a useful guide: http://www.uprm.edu/armyrotc/docs/4year-guide.pdf

You should also do some searches on SAF. The link is at the top of the home page. You will find a thread on virtually any subject, including the physical, interview, medical, etc.

It is not too late, but you need to move very quickly and understand that your chances are rapidly diminishing the longer you delay.

Good luck.

I would not use that "useful guide" some of the information is outdated.

You will receive a letter from cadet command soon that will explain the rest of the process. Your best first step is to contact the ROO from your top school. Introduce yourself and tell her/him you want to know what the next step is. How can you find out who that person is? google your school of choice + army rotc and look for the enrollment officer or recruiting operations officer and contact that person.

When you start visiting campuses make sure you also stop in to visit with the ROTC department.

And, if I may suggest my blog http://goldenknightbattalion.wordpress.com/ take a look at the articles in the scholarship process category

Good luck
