When you get accepted to the AFA, there is a medical exam and I was wondering what will they do at the exam. For I have read some of the people's threads talking about eczema and I was wondering do they do a full body check to find that they have this on there bodies?

The medical exam occurs prior to being offered an appointment. You need to report ALL medical conditions you have, including eczema. If you have an eczema question you might want to post it on the DODMERB part of this site. There is a flight surgeon that occassionally posts there.

Good Luck! :thumb:

Dad is correct you will go through a DoDMERB not only for the apptmt, but again at I-Day. If you have a medical issue post it on this site under the DoDMERB forum. If you are taking prescribed meds for any issue, you will be tagged, it is best to get in front of it for the waiver process before you receive the letter stating you are DQ due to reg XYZ.123
