My school calculates GPA on a % scale (0 - 100+) and not the 4.0 scale. For applying to Summer Seminar, how do I convert my % scale to 4.0 scale?
Not sure this method should be considered as letter grading varies among schools. I think I'd stick with the numerical conversion suggested here from % to 4 pt. scale.Or you can calculate it by this scale: A (89.5-100%)= 4, B (79.5-89.4%)= 3, C (69.5-79.4%) =2, D (59.5-69.4)= 1 and hopefully you don't have anything lower than that. What you do is for every class you figure out what number it is and then average the numbers to get your GPA on a 4.0 scale.
My school does a 93-100 is an A system. But in the NASS scale, it's 90-100. So would my B+s be As?
