I am sorry, but your statement frankly makes no sense to me. The army model of what a soldier should look like is a 5'10 to 6'0 stick with little muscle or mass. The reason they created taping was to allow people to put on muscle even when body weight was over the accepted mark, its no big deal. Army PT tests are easy to max even for people who lift weights frequently and stack on the lean muscle. One of my pet peeves in the army is the over-emphasis of PRT and the three event stud test (i.e. just good at running, situps and pushups...woop di doo) I am frequently close to my weight limit because of my mass and I have around 10% body fat? Do I feel bad? No, I was an athlete before ROTC and will lift like one even though I am not currently in a sport because I love it.
Who said all bodybuilders use steroids?
To the OP, I am not too familiar with club creation at WP but I encourage you to try and start one if at all possible. With all the athletes and former athletes at the academy I am sure it would gain some support.
