Can anyone give me an idea of how these scores are for a female.

BBall Throw: 55
Pull ups:2
Shuttle Run:9.4
Sit ups:76
Push ups: 43
Mile: 6:23

I'm no expert, but I'd say your scores are excellent. :thumb:
 
Thanks. I'm just trying to decide if I should take it again one last time before submitting my scores. Any advice??
 
If I'm not mistaken, the deadline for submitting everything is Monday. You'll want to get your scores in as soon as possible. If you have the time, it definitely doesn't hurt to retake the assessment.
 
We have like multiple threads regarding the CFA. Can we just combine them all?

Just to give you some perspective, here are my scores. (I'm a female)

BBall Throw: 59
Pullups: 1
Shuttle Run: 10.1
Sit ups: 89
Pushups: 50
Mile: 7:24

You've got very strong scores, IMO, especially your mile run. The only thing I'd say to work on a bit more would be situps, but no shame in 76! I got my score up (I've actually taken the CFA 4 times, the scores here are my 4th attempt, but I've maxed situps before), by just sitting down and doing 100 situps. Then every day, doing 100. And then just working on going faster while doing them. Hope that helps and congrats on your scores! :thumb:
 
Thanks for the tip. I had the hardest time figuring out how to get a better score on sit ups. I can crank them out no problem for the first minute and a half, but then I hit a wall. I made sure i wasn't going too fast at first to try to increase my reps which helped a little but not much. Do you have any tips on the push ups? Did you do them all at once or break up the whole 50 into smaller sections with rest in between?
