Receipt of Permit to Report Packet

Have any confirmed appointees received their Permit to Report Packet yet or have any inside scoop on when they'll go out (besides "sometime in April")?

I spoke with a very nice lady from the nominations and appointments office earlier today. She said they are still working on the paperwork and hope to have PTRs mailed by April 30th. I asked about trying to complete some of the requirements ahead of time, such as possible immunizations, and she said to wait for the PTR for complete instructions. She also said they are finishing up appointment/acceptances for the class of 2016.
