ACTs and USAFA

I've heard that the USNA looks at the math and CR sections of the SAT and disregards the writing section. In addition they only consider the English and Math sections of the ACT.

What sections of the SAT and ACT does the USAFA consider?

USAFA looks at all four sections of the ACT; their highest emphasis is on the English and Math.

But you can't disregard ANY section.

Just to clarify, Flieger when say that USAFA candidates "can't disregard ANY section" you are referring to the standard fours sections of the ACT - English, Math, Reading, Science. However, USAFA has not required the Optional Writing Section in past years. Is that still true?
