DS will attend North Georgia. Apparently didn't get the AROTC Scholarship. We're tired of waiting. I will not allow DS to go into major debt for student loans at the other schools he was accepted to. NGCSU has in state tuition for cadets, opportunity to join National Guard and drill on campus, DS can still wrestle on NCWA Club Team, DS can join many other clubs offered. We visited and the campus looked wonderful and the folks we met were great people. DS is excited. I am happy. The end.

Good luck to your son Coach Bart. We don't have many posters aboard here from North Georgia so I hope that you keep us up to date on life at North Georgia.

Congrats on your son's choice. My oldest son is a current junior and will apply to NGSU end of this May. We have had 4 campus visits, the staff is nothing short of excellent. North Georgia is the finest SMC in the country. Would you be willing to post your DS stats. My DS stats are:

ACT 24
Unweighted GPA 3.7
4 years varsity sports (baseball, track, football, wrestle)
Currently E-3 in Army Reserve

Again to all, we are blessed by GOD Almighty to live in such a nation as we do, I am proud of all our son's and daughters whom have chosen such a path
as a military career.

Okay, I will post my DS stats as best as I know:
SAT 1600
GPA 3.4 (all honors courses)
4 years Varsity Sports (*Football, *Wrestling, Track & Field) *Captain
All County/State Sports Recogintion by News Media
4 years Army JROTC
Extracuricular: Music: Viola, Leader of 2 school clubs, lots of outside activities involving leadership positions, and lots of volunteer activities and mission trips.

PS, If your son is interested in being a college wrestler then the NGCSU NCWA Club Team is actively looking to recruit members for the team.
