Thanks to Mr. Mullen, my DODMERB final is updated and I am in good shape (need to get a waiver for knee surgery but I expected that) but I did have a little surprise I have never had any issues with my eyes so this threw me:

Code Description
D155.41 Distant visual acuity not correctable to 20/20 in each eye

I know that for USNA I do not need to do anything because they will waiver me if i am deemed competitive as per instructions

U.S. NAVAL ACADEMY (USNA) – There is no need for you to request a waiver. If you are competitive for an offer of admission to the United States Naval Academy or one of the preparatory programs, you will automatically be considered for a waiver by USNA. The Admissions Department will contact you if there are additional requirements for the waiver process.

but what about NROTC????

Thanks !!

p.s. now I get why people say start this process done early

No, they will automatically consider you for a waiver.
