The short answer is no. Since the scholars are being sent to MMI/GMC for prep, they will be taking courses assigned by the academy. MMI uses the SAT/ACT score for placement into math, usually precalculus algebra. GMC, being on a trimester, will place all their students in precalculus at the beginning of the year, with the intention of taking calculus by the end of the year. All students will take College Chemistry, Composition, College Physics, and Math, regardless of their previous courses in high school.
Remember, CGA wants all students to have a solid academic foundation before arriving at the academy. Success in the courses assigned at prep school are excellent predictors of future success at the academy.
