I'll cut to the chase...
I understand that the USAFA [United States Air Force Academy] offers an international student program for those, eligible, to apply [ex. Cant pass your 23rd birthday on July, etc].
This being said, Will my boyfriend [Assuming he'd participate in this via Canada] be eligible for a green card / Citizenship when he attend the Academy for 5 years? [+1 year via the prep school].
If so, will he need to give up his Duel citizenship with Canada / Russia to be an American?
In other words, he wishes to serve his obligational [sp?] years of service, within the USA, after he graduates from the Academy [Intel. Officer. / Pilot. He's first year of a credential Canadian university as it is + a 3.5+ GPA, for a better approach to the possible 'selection process' of the USAFA]. Will having to intend to serve in the USAF / Being a military student help with the process of his citizenship?
Please answer in full with links / proof & possible expirence that you may have. Thanks for reading.
