The number of Mids from a single state really can vary a lot from year to year. The incoming class size depends on the number of applicants, the state's number of MOCs, and the competitiveness of the state's applicants with respect to the national pool. For instance, Kentucky is a fairly small state, having six Reps. Often, we will have 8 to 12 incoming Mids in a class, or just about one per MOC. However, we had 22 enter with the Class of 2011 (19 graduated), and we have 23 set to join the Class of 2016. Of course, if very few people apply, an incoming class could be very small.
