Field day is a day of team competitions between the different squadrons. Team scores are kept. It marks the end of BCT I. Not sure of the date.
 
My guess is that Field Day is Saturday, 14 July, the day before Doolie Day Out.

The Rodeo is also scheduled for Saturday.
