So I applied for the class of 2016 and didnt get in and will instead be on an AROTC scholarship this coming fall. I'm not 100% sure i want to reapply, but if so is anything in the process different or is it just the same exact thing as the first time.

does ur application get looked at any differently or anything like that or do they not really consider it is ur second time applying?

I believe since you are applying from college you're application cannot be fully reviewed until the college School Officer Evaluations are submitted. And you see where this can be tricky because you truly only have a semester to make an impression on your teachers. As far as reapplying, I know for USMA you do acquire some extra points. Plus it shows determination and how much you really want to be there.

I think that jaydee is correct. This is almost a clean slate, almost because your SAT/ACT will carry over.

If I recall correctly from other posts, college candidates traditionally do not get appointed until Dec., due to the fact they are looking for 1st semester grades.

Can I not use my high school teachers?

I was wondering the same thing. Can we ask our highschool teachers to fill out the evaluations again or do we need to ask the college professors?

You CAN use your high school teachers. You could tun in the exact same application if you wanted.
