I had to call Admissions today and while I was on the phone, without prompting, it was mentioned not to release anything in BGIS to anyone, including candidates. From what I garnered, the intent is not to share with candidates their scholastic/appointment qualification, regardless of the outcome (I am sure this is the result of one the threads on here). Obviously, you can inform them on whether they need to re-take their CFA or not. DODMERB should be informing them of their medical status and should be the first agency to do so, not BGOs. You can advise them on the waiver process and that USNA will be the one to initiate.
And to candidates....do not ask BGOs for your Admissions Board qualification, at some point you should be notified by Admissions.
The above information isn't for debate, it is what Admissions wants.
