I just got my congressional nomination and my appointment to the United States Air Force Academy for the Class of 2017!! I'm very excited to have the opportunity to serve my country and be trained to become an officer! Has anyone else gotten an appointment and/or nomination?:smile::yllol:
 
A big congrats to you... you've worked hard and made it happen now just keep up the work and don't slack off and enjoy this you've earned it!

Congratulations!!!!! What state are you from? Are you a recruited athlete? That is so wonderful...Our Congressman only stop taking application yesterday and have not even started interviews yet.

Received my LOA today, but my congresswoman and senators don't announce their nominations until December and January respectively. Time to wait...
 
MOC and LOA in hand

Hi
Feeling really good as my DS just got his MOC recommendation in the mail today. Not bad as he just did the interview on Thursday. So with the LOA and the MOC letter he is on his way for the class of 2017.
