Why is my eye date not on the website?

I have three questions :O
1.) On my USAFA and USMA accounts, under medical status it says "Qualified". Does this mean that I'm completely done with all medical tests?
2.) On the DodMerb site with all of the dates, only my medical test date shows up. My optical test is not there. Is the optical test included in the general, medical test?
3.) I'm not quite sure how to phrase this but...I thought that I would fail the eye test for sure, 100%. I had to go down to ONE letter on the eye test. Not color blind or anything, but I have REALLY bad eyes. This doesn't show up anywhere though. I think I'm just looking in the wrong places. Where do I find the list of tests that I failed?

Are you myopic, hyperopic or do you have an astigmatism? If so, what is your current refractive error (simply put, the number of top of your contact lens replacement package if you wear contact lens's)

While the online status's are generally correct, official notification should come through the US Mail from DoDMERB informing you of your qualification status.
 
-6.5 for right and -5.00 for left. I dunno if those are the numbers you're looking for though.

I assume Myopic then:

These are the standards for Medical Disqualification by DoDMERB (simply put, numbers higher than below are disqualifying):

VISION
a. Current distant visual acuity of any degree that does not correct with spectacle lenses to at
least one of the following (367):
(1) 20/40 in one eye and 20/70 in the other eye (369.75).
(2) 20/30 in one eye and 20/100 in the other eye (369.75).
(3) 20/20 in one eye and 20/400 in the other eye (369.73).
b. Current near visual acuity of any degree that does not correct to 20/40 in the better eye
(367.1-367.32).
c. Current refractive error (hyperopia (367.0), myopia (367.1), astigmatism (367.2x)), in
excess of -8.00 or +8.00 diopters spherical equivalent or astigmatism in excess of 3.00 diopters.

And these are the medical standards for the Army per their AR 40-501:

Vision

a. Current distant visual acuity of any degree that does not correct with spectacle lenses to at least one of the
following (367) does not meet the standard:
(1) 20/40 in one eye and 20/70 in the other eye.
(2) 20/30 in one eye and 20/100 in the other eye.
(3) 20/20 in one eye and 20/400 in the other eye.
AR 40–501 • 14 December 2007/RAR 23 August 2010 9b. However, for entrance into USMA or ROTC, distant visual acuity that does not correct to 20/20 in one eye and
20/40 in the other eye does not meet the standard. For entrance into OCS, distant visual acuity that does not correct to
20/20 in one eye and 20/100 in the other eye does not meet the standard.
c. Current near visual acuity (367) of any degree that does not correct to 20/40 in the better eye does not meet the
standard.
d. Current refractive error (hyperopia (367.0), myopia (367.1), astigmatism (367.2)), or history of refractive error
prior to any refractive surgery manifest by any refractive error in spherical equivalent of worse than -8.00 or +8.00
diopters does not meet the standard. However, for entrance into USMA or Army ROTC programs, the following
conditions do not meet the standard:
(1) Astigmatism, all types over 3 diopters.
(2) Hyperopia over 8.00 diopters spherical equivalent.
(3) Myopia over 8 diopters spherical equivalent.
(4) Refractive error corrected by orthokeratology or keratorefractive surgery.
e. Contact lenses. Current complicated cases requiring contact lenses for adequate correction of vision, such as
corneal scars (371) and irregular astigmatism (367.2), do not meet the standard.
f. Color vision (368.5). Failure to pass a color vision test is not an automatic disqualification. Although there is no
standard, color vision will be tested because adequate color vision is a prerequisite for entry into many military
specialties. However, for entrance into the USMA or Army ROTC or OCS programs, the inability to distinguish and
identify without confusion the color of an object, substance, material, or light that is uniformly colored a vivid red or
vivid green does not meet the standard.
