I'm preparing to take my CFA and I had a few questions. First, this is my current estimated score(from practicing)
BB: ~70'
Pull Ups: 0-1
Shuttle: ~7.0
Sit ups: 75
Push ups: 75
Mile: 6:50
I've been training (physically) very hard ever since started the application process for NROTC and the Academy. I was far from physically fit in my early high scholl career so I feel like im fighting an uphill battle. While I was visiting the USNA, an admissions officer told me that the emphasis is place on the push-ups, sit-ups and mile run.
So my qusetions,
1.) How do my scores look.
2.) I weigh 185, and seem to do fine in all areas of physical fitness except for pull ups. How much of a problem is this?
3.)I plan to take my first official test in December. My application will be complete and sent in early January(college Candidate), should I think about retaking it in the spring with slightly better results?
