Without nomination, is my only choice reapplying to USNA for next school year? If that's the case, I already have my plan B in motion.. Go to Emory or Georgia Tech and do NROTC.. and reapply.
 
You must have a nomination to be appointed. still, until you receive the thin envelope, you're still in the hunt. If they choose, they can find a nomination. Those chances are very slim for most candidates. I'd proceed with Plan B and hope and pray for A.

Have you sent a letter to the Vice President's office? You still have time, and it is a long shot, but why not try?
