Hi
I just got my results of my physical back. It says i need to retake a urinalysis and the code is R263.00. what does this mean? is there something wrong in my urine?
i row and lift weights everyday and i also take a protein shake after lifting but i didnt work out the day before my physical so no protein shake!

what should i do for the retake? i know it says no protein shakes 48 hours before but should i not eat a lot of protein.

Also i work at my grade school as a janitor and lift a ton of stuff there. Do you think that could of skewered my results?
Thanks!

On the https://dodmerb.tricare.osd.mil/RemedialCodes.aspx website they have the the medical codes and here is yours:

R263.00
"Please obtain a REPEAT urinalysis, without microscopy REQUIRES A PHYSICIAN'S APPOINTMENT: PHYSICIANS INSTRUCTIONS: Please obtain the results of a REPEAT routine urinalysis. APPLICANT ONLY INSTRUCTIONS: You should empty your bladder just before going to bed; avoid any exertion before retiring to bed. Early morning collections are preferred. Avoid protein supplements 48 hours prior to testing. The specimen should be a clean catch, midstream specimen (ask your doctor for further instructions on this technique). It is recommended you avoid strenuous physical activity for two or three days prior to submitting this specimen. Females should wait at least 7-10 days after their menstrual cycle."

Its says no physical activities 2-3 days. You said you only did one. That might be the problem, and/or your janitor job.

I have the same remedial required. I am also a rower, and I completely forgot until that morning so I accidentally went to rowing practice the day before my test. I am also having issues with scheduling at LabCorp for my remedial, did you experience any problems with that?

Did you call Concorde at 800-966-9790 to address these concerns?

Cheers,
Joe
