When offers come out in February, does that gives those appointed the option to have an overnight visit? We have 45 days to respond correct?
 
If you tell your rc you're interested in an overnight, they'll normally let you schedule one without an appointment or LOA

Don't ask us, ask the RC. They only allow visits on certain dates so it's not around mid-terms or other things that are consuming a cadet's time. So it depends on when your spring break is and what's going on at the Academy at the time.
