Still awaiting AROTC and NROTC notifications. I know AROTC board just met and am hoping to hear within the next 3 weeks. However, a little clueless about NROTC. Do you just continuously check your ROTC respective portals?

You generally will not hear definitively until you have either won a scholarship or you are not awarded a scholarship by the final board. It could be April before you get any final word. Patience. Spend your time working plan B and your fitness - along with getting those good final grades.
This post was quite awhile ago. He has since received a 4yr NROTC and AROTC to several schools. Thanks for the reply though.
