NC State AROTC

Just got awarded the AROTC Scholarship to my top choice NC State today! Couldn't be happier, but the only thing is that I have yet to get accepted to NC State and will not know until the end of March, so does anyone know if their is anything that the cadre at NC State could do to make sure I do get accepted? I plan on definitely going there as long as I get accepted.

Also anyone else that got awarded the scholarship to NC State, feel free to post here!!

I don't know if the cadre at NC State can help but it certainly doesn't hurt to call them. You should probably give them a call anyway as a courtesy if nothing else - let them know how much you're looking forward to joining them and are hopeful you get accepted in March.

The other thing you should do is call admissions and let them know you've gotten the scholarship. It certainly is a significant accomplishment and may also be helpful in getting accepted.

I will definitely be giving them a call after I receive my official letter. Would you recommend a call or an email to start out with? And also who exactly should I call, the ROO? Thanks for all the help!
