Afghan President Karzai ends U.S. Special Forces operations in key province

I whole-heartedly agree. Hell, it's not even coalition special forces doing this but some nebulous group of Afghans who are supposedly associated with Special Forces. It's no longer worth losing our guys for this guy, if it ever was.

It's time to just go home. We have our people dying for this guy? It's time to pack it in and let Karzai live or die on his own.

It's no longer worth losing our guys for this guy, if it ever was.

Whole heartedly agree and I don't think it ever was worth losing any of our guys for this guy. How soon can we be gone?

Time to leave

I agree it is time to get our men and women out of there. In fact we never should have set boots on the ground. Are we not smart enough to have learned from Russia's mistakes. They don't deserve to have our people dye for them.
Regards
John

Are you guys kidding? This s*** has been going on for years.

Are you shocked, shocked to find out that there is gambling going on here?

Google "Ahmed Wali Karzai", Hamid's half-bro.

Scout, thanks but your inside info isn't necessary to get one's blood curdling. It's all there in the public domain for anyone who cares.

Did any of those clowns on the Senate Armed Services Committee ask Chuck Hagel even one question about Afghan or Iraq?

Like the "Casablanca" reference. "This could be the beginning of a beautiful freindship." Karzai will die about day five. Brits tried it for years and then the Russians. It is a nightmare without a solution.

Karzai was always part of the problem

Karzai is not only corrupt but possibly unstable. The Afghan government is not seen as legitimate and for an insurgency, that is gift that keeps giving. Karzai has made such statements in the past, this time I think we should call him on it.
